Are you doing Whole30 this month? if so, how’s it going? I’m still going strong but I have to be honest… as we approach the halfway mark I’m getting a little tired/bored of cooking. I know! I know! Don’t worry I’m not giving up, I just need to continue to change things up and simplify things! Simplify?! What? Yes!
This is my third time doing Whole30 and I think the trick to having success with it is keeping things simple. Trust me, I started off very ambitious… pinning and saving on Instagram complex, amazing looking recipes BUT I’m getting tired now and I don’t want this to become a “chore”. Anyone feeling the same way?
When I cook/create recipes I have a rule… it can’t have crazy ingredients that I’ll have to go to multiple speciality stores to find AND it has to be something I can easily make during the week. With that being said, the rest of my Whole30 I’m going back to my ways of simplifying things!
As I scrolled through my blog, I have many recipes that are simple yet Whole30 and I thought I’d remind you of some of them today!
