Happy Friday, friends!! I’m SO excited for this post. I’ve been busy busy BUSY working on something for well over a year and TODAY is finally the day I’m ready to announce it!
MsModify Cookies are coming to the greater Phoenix area soon! If you’re not from this area, I would LOVE if you still follow me along in this journey because hey, who knows what the future will bring! (Thinking big, right?!)
I’ve been tweaking and perfecting my recipes for years now and guess what?! I got them down! All cookies are gluten free, dairy free and of course celiac safe!
MsModify Cookies came about through my desire to offer a better tasting gluten free and dairy free cookie that contains real ingredients.
To me these are so much more than just cookies. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve brought store bought dessert to someone’s house and it just ends up sitting on the counter, or people comment that “that’s for Kristina since it’s gluten free…”. Yes, that’s why BUT I also know it’s because no one wants to eat it! My hope with MsModify Cookies is that everyone can enjoy them, even the gluten eaters in your life! I imagine the little kid that can have his/her entire class eat and enjoy the same treat and for once, finally feel the “same” and included with everyone else.
This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and I actually started the process when we were still living in Orange County, CA but once we moved I knew the greater Phoenix area would be the perfect place for them!
All cookies are made in small batches (by me!) with premium ingredients such as organic coconut oil, organic coconut sugar and organic raw cane sugar…. and each cookie consists of 4 Tablespoons of dough!
I’m really excited to have a product to share with others and a way for me to meet and connect with people in the community. I can’t wait to get out there and personally meet and hear others’ stories and see how I can better serve the gluten free community here in Arizona!
And Guess what??? I’ll be a vendor at the Gilbert Farmers Market on Saturday, November 2. If you’re in the area, I’d love to see you there!!
For more info on the cookies, you can read about them here!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I will be back here blogging next week on our usual stuff… gluten free recipes/tips/lifestyle info and more!
