2014 Gluten Free Cold/Flu Medication List

gfcoldmedsI recently had a cold and the last thing I wanted to do when not feeling well was search the internet and call manufactures while I was at the pharmacist… but guess what? I have celiac disease so this is a part of my life. I would much rather take the time and be safe, so I don’t get sick from the medicine.

I know this can be a tedious and often a frustrating task (especially while you’re sick) so I put together a list of gluten free cold/flu medications.

As always, I am not a doctor so please consult with your doctor or pharmacist before taking medications or for any questions you may have. And remember… when in doubt, go without! 🙂
