September officially kicks off pumpkin season! Pumpkin anything is good in my opinion. Last fall I made spice Chex treats which were delicious, so this year I decided to add pumpkin to the mix! These are a super simple treat to make and always a big hit with everyone!
1 box Cinnamon Chex
1 bag mini marshmallows
¼ cup pure pumpkin
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 Tbsp butter
Grease 9×13 pan and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add pure pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until evenly mixed with melted marshmallows.
Turn off heat. Stir in your Cinnamon Chex and toss so everything is mixed together.
Pour treat mix into your prepared pan. Cover with parchment paper and push mix into pan, evening out top.
Allow to completely cool and harden before you cut.
