This recipe is a favorite around here! These little meatballs are packed with flavor and can be served in so many different ways! They’re delicious on their own, throw them over pasta or even on top of a salad!

I’ve never tried freezing them, but I imagine they’d be great! This is the perfect recipe for meal prep!

Oven baked turkey meatballs are simple to make and versatile on how you serve! An easy weeknight recipe for the entire family that’s gluten free, dairy free and Whole30 approved!
(Makes 20-25 meatballs)
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground turkey
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning,
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, egg, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Use a cookie scoop to make balls with mixture and place on your tray.

Bake for 20 minutes.

It’s normal for ground turkey to ooze while cooking.
