This popcorn recipe is a simple snack with the perfect combination and sweet coconut and tangy lime! A healthy alternative to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Pop the popcorn as per the directions on the package (I use an air popper).
Place coconut on a baking sheet, and bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 mins until lightly toasted.
In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and then add in the lime juice.
Place popcorn and coconut into a bowl, and toss until evenly mixed.
Pour coconut oil mixture on top and then top with lime zest.
