Ground Beef & Broccoli

This ground beef and broccoli is a flavorful, healthy, and easy-to-make meal that you can quickly throw together on busy weeknights!

Beef and broccoli has always been a favorite of mine, but something I don’t make often since I rarely have flank steak on hand, BUT for the most part I always do have ground beef in my freezer/fridge!

This recipe has all the same flavors that your traditional beef and broccoli dish has, but rather than made with stir-fry steak it’s made with ground beef… which in my opinion is easier to cook since you don’t have to worry about slicing the meat. You know I’m all about a quick and easy meal!

I have modified my recipe to be paleo, but you can easily substitute the coconut aminos for gluten free soy sauce (or regular soy sauce if you don’t eat gluten free) and serve with rice or noodles instead of cauliflower rice. Either way, it will be delicious!

*This is the brand of coconut aminos I use and love!
