    This is nice to know, however, I am also allergic to soy. How about a list of soup without soy. That way I can take it with me and not have to look at every label trying to find one with no gluten and no soy.

    Not only do I need to abstain from Gluten, but also dairy and soy, so NO canned soup for me. It all has either gluten (wheat flour or wheat germ), soy protein isolate, or some kind of dairy (lactose, whey, etc.). I will be definitely making some cream of …….. soups this winter.
